Inspiration from the orient, Middle Eastern craftsmanship
Oriental-movement inspired minimalist design aesthetic, geometric shapes, and clean, modern lines blended with traditional Islamic influences was the concept for this palace interior.
Handcrafted ceilings, designed in Beirut by expert wood craftsmen Nest, accentuate the height of each room with a muted elegance. Open lighting complements wooden elements throughout each space, creating a unified design with subtle accents that add energy and intrigue to smaller, individual areas. Maintaining clean, neutral colors, the rooms have a visual unity that cohesively blend into one another.
Magic mirrors and bespoke style
Lavish, gilded mirrors pay homage to Islamic and Middle Eastern traditions while also creating a sense of symmetry through their reflections. Curated furniture sourced from Greek designer Karageorgiou fuses function with art and completes the minimalist design intent. Purposeful additions of color and accessories draw the eye, and interest, around the space.
To offset the effect of linear elements, whimsical accessories add an organic, human touch that make a house feel like a home. Delicately placed sculptural tiles in the swimming pool completes the villa’s calm, enchanting elegance and hand-crafted opulence.
